Ms. Karen Miletta

Business Coordinator


Karen has been a valuable member of this practice for over 30 years now.  She enjoys spending time with her family and loves spoiling her grandchildren.  Karen's hobbies include reading and exploring new places.

Mrs. Karen Christian

Patient Coordinator


Karen graduated from Middlesex County College in 1982 with her dental certification, registration, and X-ray license. Karen is ready to help our patients with their dental insurance, scheduling, and basically any concerns that our patients may have. Karen has 33 years of dental experience, including assisting the doctor and all aspects of the front office. 

Ms. Patricia "Trish" Elbeuf

Scheduling Coordinator


Trish has been working with our staff since 2000 and will be one of the first faces you see when you walk into our office.  She loves to cook and bake for her family and friends, and especially takes pride in her chocolate chip cookie recipe.  Trish also likes to travel, unfortunately not as much lately, so any weekend that involves boating and fishing makes her happy.

Mrs. Kim Karkocha

Treatment Coordinator


Kim has been in dentistry for over 35 years and helps our patients with their treatment plans and options moving forward.  Her hobbies include camping in Cape May with her husband and daughter, watching a beautiful sunset, music, playing the piano, and watching either the Philadelphia Sixers or Golden State Warriors.

Mrs. Kristen Hitchner

Lead Dental Assistant


Kristen has been at our office full-time since 2015 and is our whitening professional here at the office. If you're looking for a brighter and whiter smile, ask for her! Kristen loves to travel, experience new food and activities with her husband Taylor, and loves to cheer on her daughter Tori playing with her travel soccer team.

Ms. Livier "Ellie" Romero

Dental Assistant


Ellie has been a part of our dental team since 2018 working primarily as Dr. McGlynn's assistant.  She likes to spend time with family and watch movies with her nieces and nephew.  Ellie is also fluent in Spanish and will be available to translate if needed.

Mrs. Alison "Ali" Deckman

Dental Assistant


Alison "Ali" obtained her RDA certification from CCTEC in 2004. With nearly twenty years of dental experience, she joined our practice early 2023. The patient experience is her priority and she works hard to ensure they feel comfortable in our office. Alison and her husband live in Millville with their two dogs. When she isn't working, Ali enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, working out, and traveling.

Mrs. Allyson "Ally" Bertoldi

Dental Hygienist


Born and raised in Vermont, Allyson "Ally" is a 2008 graduate of the Vermont Technical College Dental Hygiene Program.  She loves working with people and helping them achieve overall better health.  In her free time, Ally loves spending time with her husband and two lively little boys.  She has a passion for cooking, being active, and spending time outdoors.  When not in NJ, you'll find her in the Green Mountain State spending time with her family.

Mrs. Holly Christopher

Holly joined our team in 2024 and is excited to introduce herself to our patients! Holly graduated from Delaware Technical Community College in 2001 and has over 20 years of hands on experience in dental hygiene working on a very diverse patient population. She takes pride in creating a comfortable environment for all her patients. She's committed to making each patient's dental visit a positive and educational experience. When Holly is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dog. Her hobbies include camping, kayaking, and spending time down the shore.

Mrs. Jami Fennimore

RDH


Jami has been a temp hygienist at our office for a couple years but has now taken on a part-time role! Jami graduated from the dental hygiene program at Wayne Community College in Goldsboro North Carolina in 2020. After graduating, Jami and her husband moved back to South Jersey while awaiting the arrival of their son, Colton. Jami loves getting to know her patients personally and working alongside them to figure out which home care tools her patients are willing to implement daily to improve their oral health. Jami enjoys spending time with family playing cards and board games. She also spends a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and baking, and is known for her custom decorative sugar cookies. Other hobbies include walking, biking, going to the beach, and anything crafty. 

Mrs. Lisa Maychak

Dental Hygienist


Lisa has been working in a dental office since she was 16 years old. After graduating high school, she went on to Camden County College for their hygiene program and graduated in 1999, but went back to get her local anesthesia permit in 2009.  She has spent more than half of her hygiene career working for a periodontist.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, family gatherings, and camping with her husband, daughter, and her Goldendoodle named Jewel. 

Ms. Sharon Noone

Dental Hygienist


Sharon has been in dental hygiene for 27 years now.  She has always enjoyed her profession and foremost her time with her patients. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities which include boating, gardening, tending to her beloved donkeys Cheyenne and Kayla, and her cats Kitty and Boo. Fitness is another passion of hers, which she shares with her son Ed and boyfriend Bruce.  

Mrs. Kelly Ternay

Dental Hygienist


Kelly graduated in 1991 from Camden County College with an associate degree in applied science. Her degree also includes expanded functions as a dental hygienist. She has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years.

Over the years, Kelly has established a following and a long-lasting rapport with her patients. She provides a comfortable and caring atmosphere that keeps her patients returning to her care.
